About Federation of Indian Pilots

Established in 1996, the Federation of Indian Pilots (FIP) is India's largest professional welfare organization representing more than 5,500 pilots from Scheduled Airlines, General Aviation, Helicopter Operations, and Ex-Defence Aviation.

For nearly three decades, FIP has worked with the DGCA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, and Government Authorities to promote aviation safety, pilot welfare, regulatory excellence, and operational professionalism.
